Our return policy reflects the commitment we have in creating every piece of jewelry at the highest level of workmanship we can deliver. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for a refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
A return authorization number must be given to you by one or our team members. To receive this number please email us at: Bishopjewelers@pm.me or call us at: (760) 872-1672. Please reference your original sales receipt number when contacting us. Refunds are given in the same payment form as was used to purchase the item. Please allow 7 business days for returns to post to your account. Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash.

You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered mail / carrier and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages incurred during shipping & risk voiding your return/exchange. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store or dropped off at the carriers office. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in the same condition it was received.

NEW JEWELRY: New jewelry items purchased through our web site are eligible for a 30 day exchange or return from the date of purchase under the following terms & conditions: The item must be unaltered, unworn and in the same condition as when purchased. No visible wear and tear or repair work done to the item. Sizing and other alterations void the exchange policy. Altered items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items with personalized engraving are not returnable. If the item had a security tag attached when delivered to you, the tag must still be attached to the item. The original GIA or lab report must accompany a return diamond or gemstone.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE & NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift & Gift Card recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash. Cash refunds are not available for online purchases. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.

All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects and match what you see on our website; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. All gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped out, please contact us via e-mail or phone so we can cancel your order. Please have your Order/Reciept number on hand when contacting us to help expedite the process. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase if eligible. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in a timely manner.

Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. All custom and special orders typically take 4 - 6 weeks to complete. Custom and special orders are not refundable, not exchangeable & not returnable. Items with personalized engraving are not returnable. These are final sales. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required on all special orders and custom orders at the time of purchase. Custom and special orders not paid for and picked up within 90 days of completion will be considered forfeited and will be re-entered into inventory for sale. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.
